A instructor comes to your location for one and half hours. The practice will be run with high intensity, high reps, and proper drills. It is designed to help the players, coaches and parents to understand and help. Coaches will be a major part of making the practice work.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations must be done prior to 24 hours before the lesson begins to receive a refund.
